HR-8 Microcomputer Ash Fusion Determinator
Other Products
The microcomputer ash fusion point determinator utilizes a microcomputer to automatically control the process of measuring ash fusibility. A camera captures images of the ash cone, and through image processing technology, the images are displayed on the computer monitor. The furnace temperature changes are regulated and controlled via PID by the front-end single-chip microcomputer, and the temperature data is transmitted to the microcomputer system through a serial port, displaying a time-temperature graph. Upon completion of the test, users can choose to print the ash cone result images and corresponding temperature data, or save the result files. The images and temperature data from the test process are automatically saved and cleared at the start of the next test. This instrument is widely applicable in industries such as power, coal, cement, and metallurgy, and currently holds a leading technical level domestically.
● Performance Features of the Microcomputer Ash Fusion Point Determinator:
■ The experimental process is monitored and controlled by a CCD camera system and computer system.
■ The computer automatically determines the characteristic fusion temperatures—deformation (DT), softening (ST), hemisphere (HT), and flow (FT)—based on real-time images of the ash cone's thermal changes.
■ The entire experimental process is automatically stored and displayed. The furnace body can rotate freely for convenient sample placement and removal.
● Technical Parameters of the Microcomputer Ash Fusion Point Determinator:
